Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
- Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
- Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Provide wine,
cocktail and spirit pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Open and serve wine and other make other beverages by service standards
- Transparent tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
- Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
