Your new company

Join a large and complex organisation undertaking a major enterprise-wide transformation program. With significant digital and technology initiatives underway, this organisation is investing in best-practice program delivery to support the successful implementation of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. You'll be part of a high-performing Program Integration Office, working alongside experienced program leaders, project managers and technology vendors.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Program Integration Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting schedule governance and planning across a complex transformation program. Working closely with the Master Scheduler, you will help maintain the integrated master schedule, monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and promote best-practice scheduling disciplines across multiple work streams.

Key responsibilities include

- Supporting the development and maintenance of the program master schedule and associated project plans.

- Facilitating planning and scheduling activities across project teams and vendors.

- Reviewing schedules and identifying risks, dependencies, constraints and critical path impacts.

- Providing scheduling advice and guidance to project managers and external delivery partners.

- Monitoring progress against key milestones and delivery timelines.

- Producing reporting, dashboards and schedule performance metrics for program leadership.

- Challenging vendor change requests and providing evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.

- Driving continuous improvement of planning processes, governance and scheduling standards.





- Building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to encourage effective planning and collaboration.

What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years' experience in project scheduling, program planning or schedule management within large technology or transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles, including design, build, testing and implementation phases.

- Experience working with technology vendors and systems integrators.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex scheduling challenges.

- Proven experience communicating milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines to diverse stakeholder groups.

- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.

- Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

- Experience within Federal, State or Local Government environments.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
