Company Description NSW Tourism Association is the peak industry body representing tourism businesses and the visitor economy across New South Wales. We support tourism operators through membership, Quality Tourism Framework accreditation, awards, capability and industry development programs, while advocating on behalf of the industry to government and key stakeholders.

Role Description The Program Support Officer is a permanent part time, remote role (0.8 FTE) providing operational and administrative support across NSW Tourism Association's membership, Quality Tourism Framework accreditation, Tourism Awards, webinars, events, member communications and industry programs.

Working directly with the CEO and management team, day-to-day responsibilities include membership and accreditation renewals, CRM and database management, Awards administration, webinar and event coordination, member communications and eDMs, digital content coordination and general program support.





This is a varied role requiring someone who can work independently while being part of a collaborative remote team. Occasional travel within NSW may be required.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and recurring tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and responsive approach to members, stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence learning new systems.
- Experience in tourism, membership organisations, industry associations, events or program administration is highly regarded but not essential.
- Communications and digital content experience is also highly regarded.

Remuneration

$60,000 including superannuation
