Your responsibilities will include

- Acting as the primary administrative liaison with the program delivery partner and funding body.

- Preparing monthly, annual and final program reports, including financial acquittals.
- Participating in associated online meetings with the funding body.
- Monitoring program expenditure and coordinating annual and final financial audits.
- Coordinating meetings of the Program Working Group (Repower Shoalhaven and SHASA), including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation in line with funding and audit requirements.
- Monitoring key deadlines and helping identify and resolve project issues before they become problems.

About you

You’ll be a highly organised and capable administrator who takes pride in keeping projects moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will bring

- Experience in project administration or coordination.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining project documentation and monitoring project progress and budgets.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
- A collaborative and collegiate approach to working with partner organisations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently.

Experience with grant-funded, community or sustainability-focused programs will be highly regarded.

Why join us?

This is a unique opportunity to use your organisational and administrative skills to support a program that delivers real benefits for local households and communities.

With just one day per week over 2.75 years, the role may suit someone looking for meaningful part-time work while maintaining flexibility for other commitments.
