We have an exciting opportunity for 2 motivated and organised Project Coordinators to join our team in Melbourne. This role is instrumental in supporting the delivery of projects across a wide range of industry sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role and Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Assisting Project Managers with planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
- Managing project-related paperwork, ensuring all documentation is maintained and updated.
- Utilising project tools and software to track and report progress.
- Coordinating meetings and distributing project-related reports and documentation.
- Supporting and fostering a collaborative team environment.
