THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a project portfolio — from design through to construction and handover. This is a senior role with potential for real growth: you'll work closely with our Director, lead client relationships, and play a strategic part in how we deliver projects and grow the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary client contact across design and construction stages
- Prepare and manage project programmes
- Work with our team to develop cost estimates and regular cost, program and project reports
- Prepare tender submissions, trade packages and proposals (or assist others, where required)
- Administer D&C; contracts and manage subcontractor, supplier and consultant procurement
- Assist with obtaining project permits and approvals
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience with a local construction company — ideally with D&C; or prefab exposure
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or Project Management
- Robust working knowledge of D&C; AS contracts
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and MS Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
- Sound construction knowledge with the ability to work autonomously
- Valid Australian work rights and driver's licence
