Role Description

We are seeking professionals to support project management and corporate strategy initiatives across business functions. The role involves coordinating strategic projects, analyzing business performance, supporting planning and execution, and helping translate organizational priorities into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities may include developing project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables, preparing management reports and presentations, conducting market and business analysis, identifying opportunities and risks, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will contribute to strategic decision-making by organizing complex information, evaluating alternatives, monitoring progress, and providing clear insights to management. The role requires a structured, analytical, and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on execution, communication, and business impact.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management, business planning, organizational strategy,



and performance analysis.
- Ability to structure complex problems, analyze information, and develop practical recommendations.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to develop project plans, track milestones, manage priorities, and follow up on deliverables.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable productivity and presentation tools.
- Ability to prepare explicit business reports, presentations, and management-level materials.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into concise, actionable insights.
- Understanding of financial analysis, market research, business models, or KPI management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
