The Technical Project Manager will establish the strategic, service, technical and implementation case for replacement of existing aged corporate learning management solutions. The role will also develop and implement the SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

Duties of the role:

- Planning and managing projects related to SAP SuccessFactors LMS and associated program of works.
- Deliver and enhance workforce management, payroll, S/4HANA and Success Factors solutions
- Ensure appropriate governance artefacts are developed to the required standard and provided within required timeframes to support effective governance and decision making.
- Oversee planning and delivery of architecture objectives required to support the projects.

Skills and experience:





- Technical Project Management leadership and delivery of Learning Management Solutions, Human Capital Management, HR/Payroll, Rostering or Finance product suites (preferably SAP).
- Demonstrated experience in leading a technical team to deliver complex and integrated Learning Management solutions
- Experience in developing business cases and PRINCE2 products for Learning Management Solutions, Human Capital Management, HR/Payroll or Rostering projects and solutions
- Previous experience in SAP technologies (preferably SAP SuccessFactors and SAP RISE).
