An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly regarded, privately owned Australian investment organisation with a diverse portfolio of assets and investments.

Based in Perth, this is a true client-side Project Management opportunity, providing the chance to represent the owner's interests and oversee projects from early planning and design through procurement, construction and completion.

Working within a sophisticated and commercially focused environment, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and external partners to ensure projects achieve exceptional outcomes across cost, programme, quality, risk and sustainability.

The Chance

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery aligns with the organisation's broader strategic and investment objectives.

This role will suit someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of project delivery, commercial management and stakeholder engagement, rather than focusing solely on day-to-day construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and completion.
- Develop and manage project programmes,



budgets and delivery strategies.
- Appoint, coordinate and manage architects, engineers and specialist consultants.
- Manage head contractors and other external delivery partners.
- Lead design development and ensure project outcomes align with the client's objectives.
- Oversee tendering, procurement and contractor selection.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations and overall financial performance.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks.
- Manage statutory approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Provide clear project reporting to senior internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects achieve high standards across quality, safety and sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, government authorities and other key stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished Project Manager who combines strong project delivery capability with commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally bring:

- Demonstrated Project Management experience within property, construction, infrastructure or a related environment.
- Client-side, developer or asset-owner experience highly regarded.
- Alternatively, solid Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience with significant client-facing and design management exposure.




- Experience managing projects through multiple stages of the development and construction lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of design management, procurement and construction delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, programmes and risk.
- Excellent commercial judgement and problem-solving capability.
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, Architecture or a related discipline.
