We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, providing exposure to diverse property types and management challenges that will broaden your expertise in commercial real estate.

An overview of the role: Process invoices with accuracy and efficiency, managing the complete accounts payable cycle from supplier setup through payment reconciliation and historical record maintenance

Oversee accounts receivable operations including issuing tax invoices, collecting rent payments, following up on arrears, and managing casual mall leasing bookings

Prepare monthly financial reports and support budget forecasting activities,

ensuring stakeholders have the data they need for informed decision-making

Maintain comprehensive lease registers and tenancy schedules, tracking critical dates, processing assignments, and ensuring compliance with all lease terms and conditions

Manage tenant recovery billings for utilities, outgoings, and marketing levies, including reconciliations and adjustments to ensure accurate cost allocation

Coordinate with tenants to collect sales figures, process rent reviews, and update billing details as leases evolve

Support Centre Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing Managers with general administration, reception duties, and ad hoc projects as properties require

Prepare and distribute regular reports on arrears, occupancy rates, and financial performance to keep all stakeholders informed

Adapt quickly to different property environments and regional requirements, bringing your expertise wherever it's needed most across the portfolio

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, preferably within property management or commercial real estate environments

Strong working knowledge of lease administration processes, including maintenance of lease documentation, critical date tracking, and compliance requirements

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and maintain accurate records

Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously across different locations

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions, data entry, and reporting activities

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with property owners, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams

Demonstrated ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of diverse teams

Professional, proactive attitude with solid problem-solving capabilities and willingness to take initiative on emerging issues
