- Manage a diverse portfolio spanning A- and B-grade CBD office buildings and industrial assets across Adelaide.
- Work directly with an experienced senior leader, gaining exposure to complex assets while building the capability to manage assets independently.
- Adelaide CBD-based role with access to a Knight Frank vehicle for site visits when required.
Who we're looking for?
- At least one years’ experience in commercial property management, assistant property management, or a similar property-focused role.
- Current South Australian Property Manager's Licence, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement, is required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging clients, tenants and contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong financial and administrative aptitude, with exposure to budgeting, arrears management and day-to-day property operations.
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial property management.
- Current driver's licence.
The Role
Based in our Adelaide CBD office, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial assets while working closely with an experienced senior leader who will support your ongoing development. This is a hands-on property management role offering exposure to all aspects of portfolio management, including financial management, tenant engagement, lease administration, compliance and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, including inspections, tenant engagement and issue resolution.
- Take ownership of lease administration, including rent reviews, arrears management, vacancies and data integrity across AMS systems.
- Prepare monthly client reporting, budgets, forecasts and outgoings reconciliations.
- Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication with owners, tenants and key stakeholders.
- Partner with Facilities Management on maintenance, contractor management, compliance and WHS obligations.
- Manage financial activities including invoice approvals, outgoings, reconciliations, arrears management and sundry recoveries.
- Maintain risk and compliance registers including insurances, bank guarantees and contractor documentation.
- Support leasing activity, business development initiatives and portfolio improvement projects where required.
