☐ Care Coordination Platforms — clinical/care management integration, family communication portals

☐ Workforce & Rostering Tech — staff-to-resident ratio compliance, roster optimisation

☐ Data Platform / Interoperability — integration layer across facility, care, and financial systems

☐ Regulatory & Compliance Tooling — incident reporting, quality indicators, accreditation evidence

Technical Experience

CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. Maximo, UpKeep, Fiix) for multi-site facility maintenance

IoT sensor deployment and integration (fall detection, occupancy, environmental)

Nurse call system modernisation and integration with IoT backbones

Clinical / care management software integration (care plans, medication management)

Family/resident communication portal design or delivery





Rostering and workforce management systems tied to compliance ratios

Data integration / medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) across facility care financial data

API and middleware experience (REST, GraphQL, MuleSoft, Azure integration services)

Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) for aged care or healthcare workloads

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or equivalent data/BI stack

Domain & Regulatory Knowledge

Aged Care Quality Standards (Australia) or equivalent jurisdictional standards

Royal Commission recommendations and resulting reporting obligations

Privacy / health data regulation (e.g. Privacy Act, My Health Records, state health records acts)

Incident management and mandatory reporting frameworks (e.g. SIRS)

Experience working within residential aged care, home care, or retirement living

Familiarity with dementia/memory care technology considerations (wander management, ambient sensors)
