Hybrid | Terrigal Office | PR + Creators + Entertainment + Consumer Brands The Connect Agency is growing and we’re looking for a brilliant Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our team.

We’re an independent PR, Events & Talent Management agency working across Australia and New Zealand with some of the world’s biggest entertainment, toy and consumer brands — and we’re looking for someone with energy, drive and a genuine desire to make things happen.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on pace, loves being busy and takes real ownership of their work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll work closely with our senior team across a busy portfolio of PR and creator campaigns for leading global and Australian brands.

Your role will include

- Creator identification, recommendations and auditing
- Creator outreach, negotiation and briefing




- Managing gifting and paid creator campaigns
- Tracking content, approvals and deliverables
- Maintaining creator databases and campaign trackers
- Supporting PR and media activity
- Campaign reporting and wrap-ups
- Client and creator communication
- Independently managing smaller campaigns
- Supporting events, activations and major campaign moments
- Keeping projects moving from brief through to completion

WHO YOU MIGHT BE

You could be an AE ready to step up, or an SAE looking for more ownership, exciting clients and genuine room to grow.

Agency experience would be fantastic, but we’re also open to someone with strong transferable experience across PR, creators, entertainment, talent or communications.

More than anything, we’re looking for energy, initiative, curiosity, accountability and pace.

We can teach you our processes.

What we can’t teach is the instinct to lean in, take ownership and want to make things happen.
