About the Role:

As a Receptionist (Guest Service Agent), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in ensuring their stay is smooth, welcoming and enjoyable.

This is a varied, hands-on casual position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using technology and can work independently in a busy front office environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in, check-out and reservations
- Managing reservations and guest information using our property management system, RMS
- Responding to guest enquiries in person, by phone and via email
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with bookings through online travel agencies and booking platforms
- Providing information about park facilities, local attractions and transport options
- Handling guest requests and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with general front office and administrative tasks
- Following after-hours and emergency procedures when required
- Being available for occasional overnight/on-call shifts when required

About You:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and brings professionalism and energy to the front desk.

You will bring:

- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist,



front office or customer service role, with hospitality experience highly regarded
- Experience using a PMS such as RMS is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guest issues
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Current working rights in Australia

Role Details:

- Casual position
- Hourly rate: $33 per hour
- Location: Attwood, VIC, close to Melbourne Airport
- Flexible availability required
- Occasional overnight/on-call availability required
