About Us

At Ramelius Resources, gold mining is not just what we do — it is who we are. From our early days at Wattle Dam to becoming one of Australia’s most respected gold producers, we have built our success on agility, resilience and a commitment to operational excellence.

With a solid pipeline of projects and a focus on sustainable growth, we are investing in our assets and exploration to deliver on our vision. But what truly sets us apart is our people. We foster a culture of opportunity, respect and shared ambition — when you grow, we grow.

The Rebecca-Roe project spans a large and highly prospective area in the Eastern Goldfields characterised by intrusion related metamorphic and structurally controlled Archean gold mineralisation within the Laverton Tectonic Zone. With greenfields development of a mine, infrastructure and processing capability underway, strategic investment into regional exploration throughout Rebecca-Roe and surrounding tenements will be key to realising the investment value of this major development.

The Role

Supporting our vision to build a Leading Exploration Function, the Regional Manager - Exploration for Rebecca-Roe will drive exploration activities across a large greenfields portfolio; developing a project pipeline from first pass review to delivery of detailed drilling programmes to support Ramelius’s 500 horsepower growth strategy. Leading an established regional exploration team, the role is accountable for translating Group exploration strategy into safe, effective and commercially disciplined work programs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Develop and execute regional exploration strategies, plans, budgets and schedules aligned to growth objectives
- Lead the safe delivery of drilling, mapping, sampling and field programs across the region

- Design and execute first-pass drilling programs to test priority targets through to resource conversion
- Provide technical oversight of exploration targeting, geological interpretation, drill design, QAQC and data quality
- Review and endorse geological models, target pipelines and technical recommendations

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of geologists and field professionals
- Ensure team compliance with safety, environmental, heritage, land access, tenure and statutory requirements
- Build strong relationships with Traditional Owners, regulators, contractors and technical service providers
- Drive continuous improvement in exploration planning, field execution, technical workflows and reporting
- Contribute to the identification and assessment of surrounding tenements for potential acquisition

About You You are an experienced exploration leader with a strong track record in gold exploration, discovery and field program delivery. Combining technical credibility, commercial judgement and visible safety leadership, you excel at generating and advancing exploration opportunities, developing high-performing teams, building trusted stakeholder relationships and delivering results that drive resource growth and business value.
