We’re Hiring: Nurse – IVF, Reproductive Medicine & Endogynaecology

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or experienced Enrolled Nurse to join Dr Kenneth Leong’s specialist IVF, Reproductive Medicine and Endogynaecology practice at the Epworth Centre, Richmond, Victoria.

This is a part-time to full-time position for a nurse who enjoys combining hands-on clinical care with patient coordination, education, and continuity of care.

Our practice provides care across IVF and fertility treatment, reproductive medicine, and complex gynaecological conditions. We are looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a small specialist team and who values the long-term relationships formed with patients throughout their treatment journey.

The role will include

Supporting patients throughout IVF and fertility treatment cycles

Patient education regarding medications, investigations and treatment plans

Clinical assessment, histories and vital signs

Assisting with consultations, examinations and procedures

Coordinating investigations, appointments and follow-up care

Triaging patient enquiries and communicating clinical information

Supporting patients undergoing treatment for endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and other gynaecological conditions

Liaising with fertility clinics, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records

Opportunities for professional development,



with training and ongoing support provided for suitable nurses to develop competency in selected minor procedures performed on-site under specialist supervision

- Telehealth, patient communication and selected administrative responsibilities, some of which may be undertaken remotely

Who we’re looking for

You will be an Australian-qualified Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current registration, with strong clinical and organisational skills and excellent communication.

Just as importantly, you will be warm, compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive to detail.

Fertility and gynaecological care often involves complex and deeply personal treatment journeys. We are therefore looking for someone who communicates sensitively, builds trust with patients, and takes genuine ownership of their care and follow-up.

Previous experience in IVF, fertility nursing, reproductive medicine, women’s health, gynaecology, or specialist private practice would be highly regarded, but is not essential. We would also welcome an excellent nurse who is enthusiastic about developing expertise in these areas.

This is an opportunity to work closely within a specialist practice, develop substantial experience in fertility and advanced gynaecological care, and make a meaningful contribution to the experience and outcomes of our patients.
