About the role
Robinvale District Health Services' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly residents in our aged care facility located in Robinvale, Victoria. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals

- Monitoring and documenting residents' health and wellbeing

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents

What we're looking for

- Registered Nurse with a current and valid AHPRA registration

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
