We're now looking for a customer-focused Customer Service & Internal Sales team member to support our national distributor network. Whether you're an experienced trade counter or internal sales professional, or you have at least a year of customer service experience along with a solid understanding of the tools or hardware industry, we'll build on that with full product training and a clear pathway to grow.

About the role

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you'll be a key point of contact for our national customer base.

Working closely with the General Manager and Customer Service team, you'll support customers across phone and email — helping drive sales, solve problems, and deliver a great experience. Most of your interactions will be with our distribution partners nationally, with some direct contact with end users. You'll be fully trained on our product range, systems, and processes, so you can build real expertise on the job.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to incoming enquiries from our national distribution partners, plus some direct trade and industrial end-user enquiries





- Learn and provide product advice and guidance across our tool and equipment range

- Prepare quotes, check availability, and manage order enquiries

- Support sales of specialised equipment from enquiry through to completion

- Build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities

- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

About you

You're someone who enjoys working with customers, has a good understanding of tools, hardware or similar trade products, and takes pride in delivering great service. You might have around a year of customer service experience and be looking to build a career in a specialist B2B industry, or you might already have several years under your belt — either way, we're keen to hear from you.

You will ideally have:

- At least 1 year's experience in a customer service, internal sales, or trade counter role

- A solid understanding of tools, hardware, industrial or similar product environments — through work, study, or personal interest

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A practical, solutions-focused mindset

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team

- Good computer skills (ERP/CRM experience a bonus, not essential)

- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn

What makes you stand out

- Previous internal sales, customer service, or trade counter experience

- Technical knowledge of tools, machinery or workshop equipment

- Experience supporting B2B customers

The details

- Full-time, Monday to Friday

- 8:00am – 4:30pm

- Based in Stapylton, QLD

- Full training provided — we'll invest in building on your existing product and industry knowledge
