Currently we seeking applications from experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our operational team in berry nsw The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
3 years experiences in a management stream in hospitality sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to Recruiting, training and supervising staff
The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.
Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus
Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
Maintain high standards and lead by example
Key Qualifications & experience
Leadership,
customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in the similar stream.
Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited)
Manage rostering, staffing, and stock management, navigate restaurant compliance,
oversee profit & loss, budgets, promotion, and supporting the kitchen team for new menu as per the market needs.
As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary
