Take ownership of Reward activities across Australia while learning from an experienced APAC Reward leader.
What will you be doing?
You'll be joining a globally recognised professional services organisation, supporting Reward activities across Australia and partnering closely with
HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
Reporting into the Head of Reward APAC, you'll play a key role in annual remuneration and bonus review cycles, salary benchmarking, compensation modelling and reward analytics.
You'll also support market survey submissions, job evaluation activities and broader Reward initiatives as required. This is a relatively stand-alone role locally, offering plenty of autonomy whilst being supported by a highly collaborative HR team and global Reward function.
What background do you have?
You'll ideally have 3 - 5 years or experience in Reward, Remuneration or Compensation & Benefits, gained either in-house or within a consulting environment.
Strong Excel and data modelling skills are essential, along with experience in salary benchmarking,
remuneration reviews and compensation analysis.
You're someone who enjoys working with data, building stakeholder relationships and providing practical insights to support business decisions.
