Role Description This full time, on-site Safety Professional role is based in Texas, NSW.

The Safety

Professional will support field operations and project teams by implementing and monitoring safety programs, conducting jobsite inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and mitigating hazards, performing risk assessments, leading toolbox talks and safety trainings, and supporting incident investigations and root-cause analysis. The role also involves maintaining safety documentation, collaborating with supervisors and project managers to plan safe work practices,



and promoting a strong safety culture across electrical, mechanical, and technology-related activities.

The Safety

Professional will regularly engage with team members at all levels to encourage proactive reporting and continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in occupational health and safety, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and standards relevant to electrical infrastructure, construction, and industrial environments.
- Ability to develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and safety communications tailored to diverse teams.
- Strong skills in safety documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting using digital tools and standard office software.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to influence safe work practices and engage field personnel.
- Proven ability to work on-site in active construction or industrial settings and to conduct frequent field observations and walk-throughs.
- Relevant safety certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, or high-tech infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
