Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a part-time, remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients for Zarina del Mar’s wellness and coaching services. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and social media, and engaging in discovery conversations to understand client needs. The role involves scheduling consultations or introductory sessions for senior team members, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on warm leads generated through marketing efforts.

The Sales Development

Representative collaborates closely with the business development and marketing teams to refine messaging, support campaigns, and help grow the client base in a consistent and skilled manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with experience handling outbound and inbound prospect interactions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development,



including researching prospects and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly explain services.
- Experience working in a remote sales or client-facing role, with proficiency in CRM systems and basic productivity tools.
- Interest in wellness, coaching, or personal development, and the ability to speak authentically about these topics.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of meeting goals and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate virtually with a distributed team.
- Prior experience in a sales development, customer service, or consulting role is preferred but not required.
