Role Description This part-time remote role combines Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator responsibilities to support and enhance the organization’s education-focused Salesforce environment. The professional in this role will design, build, and maintain custom solutions, including Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, to streamline academic and administrative processes. Daily tasks include configuring Salesforce objects and workflows, managing user access and security, and performing system maintenance and data quality checks.

The role also involves troubleshooting issues, collaborating with education and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements, and implementing best practices for system performance and usability. Documentation of configurations and solutions, along with participation in training and user support, is expected to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce tools across the organization.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Salesforce.com development,



including Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.
- Solid Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, security management, and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, its data model, and integration capabilities.
- Experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions, preferably in education or public sector environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with change management, testing, and deployment processes within Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills; intermediate Spanish language skills are a plus given the local context.
