Role Description This part-time remote Scheduler / Coordinator role at Delegación del Gobierno de Aragón ante la Unión Europea focuses on organizing and managing agendas, meetings, and events related to the Delegation’s activities with EU institutions and stakeholders. The Scheduler / Coordinator will arrange virtual and in-person meetings, coordinate calendars across multiple time zones, and manage invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications. The role includes preparing and distributing schedules, maintaining accurate records of appointments and deadlines, and ensuring that all logistical details for meetings and events are in place.

The Scheduler / Coordinator will also support information flow between team members, assist with basic documentation and reporting, and proactively flag scheduling conflicts or operational issues.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple calendars and priorities.
- Proficiency in digital scheduling tools,



video conferencing platforms, and standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Clear, qualified written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or other EU languages is an asset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointments, documentation, and logistical information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in administrative support, coordination, or scheduling roles, preferably in public administration, international relations, or a similar environment.
- Understanding of EU institutions and processes, or a strong interest in European affairs and public policy.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in administration, international relations, political science, or a related field is preferred.
