We are seeking a Scientific Affairs & Marketing Compliance Associate to support the scientific review and compliance oversight of marketing and promotional materials at BON CHARGE.
Working under the direction of the Head of Scientific Affairs, Research & Innovation, this role will help ensure that BON CHARGE's communications are scientifically accurate, regulatory-compliant, commercially relevant and aligned with company strategy across all consumer-facing channels.
Day to day, the role will involve reviewing peer-reviewed scientific literature, drafting and assessing product claims, maintaining the company's claims and evidence library, and supporting the development of scientifically accurate promotional materials and communications that are appropriate for the intended audience. The role will support a diverse portfolio across consumer-facing medical devices, wellness products and beauty devices in key markets, including Australia, the UK, EU, Canada and the USA.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of IQ and EQ.
The role requires frequent engagement with international partners and manufacturers, strong time management, and the ability to operate confidently across cultures and time zones. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for both internal and external stakeholders.
