So you’ll have the opportunity to sell where digital marketing is heading — not just where it has been.

? YOUR ROLE

As Senior BDM, you’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business across Sydney.

Your typical week could include:

? Prospecting and visiting businesses across Sydney

? Meeting business owners and senior decision-makers

? Conducting face-to-face presentations and digital audits

? Understanding business challenges and recommending the right solution

? Negotiating and closing new business

? Building and managing your own sales pipeline

? Consistently achieving sales targets

This is a hunter role!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, having conversations, presenting confidently and asking for the business.

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll ideally have

✅ 3+ years’ B2B sales / business development experience

✅ Proven experience selling digital marketing services

✅ Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, websites, social media and/or digital strategy

✅ Experience selling to business owners and senior decision-makers

✅ Strong presentation and negotiation skills

✅ A proven track record of winning new business

✅ Confidence working independently in the field

✅ A genuine hunger to build a high-performing sales career

✅ Full Australian working rights (Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred)

✅ Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Position: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Sydney, NSW

Role: On-field / Business Development

Travel: Daily travel throughout Sydney and surrounding areas to meet prospects and customers

Experience: 3+ years’ local B2B sales experience, preferably in Digital Marketing

$100K+ OTE | SUPER | CAR ALLOWANCE | UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS | MONTHLY TEAM BONUS
