We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to partner with clients and deliver practical Human Resources and Payroll solutions that support their people, payroll and business outcomes.

Our cloud-based Human Resources and Payroll products bring employee data, payroll, leave, performance, recruitment, compliance and real-time reporting into one platform, helping organisations simplify workforce management and make informed decisions.

What you'll be doing…

As a Senior Consultant, you'll partner with clients to:

- Build trusted client relationships and develop a clear understanding of organisational priorities, workforce processes and payroll requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to translate business needs into practical Human Resources and Payroll solution recommendations.
- Guide clients through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation, with a focus on adoption and measurable value.
- Provide clear, informed advice on HR and payroll processes, controls, compliance considerations and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage agreed deliverables, expectations, risks and dependencies, maintaining open communication throughout each client engagement.
- Work collaboratively with client teams and internal specialists to resolve issues and deliver sustainable outcomes.
- Share knowledge, contribute to consistent consulting practices and support the development of colleagues where appropriate.

Your Talents…
- Strong functional knowledge of TechnologyOne's Human Resources and Payroll products, or relevant experience with comparable enterprise HR and payroll solutions.




- Demonstrated experience delivering client-focused HR and payroll consulting, implementation or optimisation engagements.
- Sound understanding of Australian and/or New Zealand HR and payroll processes, controls and regulatory requirements.
- A consultative approach, with the ability to listen, clarify needs and recommend solutions aligned with client priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including confidence facilitating workshops and explaining complex information clearly.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance client experience, solution quality and practical outcomes.
- A collaborative and adaptable working style, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and continuous improvement.
