Roles vary across industries and organisations, with opportunities ranging from 12-month fixed-term contracts through to permanent appointments.

What you'll be doing Depending on the role, you may be responsible for:

- Providing trusted ER advice and support to leaders and managers

- Managing complex employee relations matters from end to end

- Conducting workplace investigations

- Supporting performance management and disciplinary processes





- Advising on interpretation and application of employment legislation, policies and industrial instruments

- Managing grievances, misconduct and other complex workplace matters

- Coaching and influencing leaders through challenging people matters

- Supporting broader workplace relations and people initiatives

- Partnering with HR and P&C; teams to deliver practical, commercially focused advice

About You We are interested in hearing from experienced ER professionals who bring:

- Strong Employee Relations / Workplace Relations experience

- Experience managing complex employee matters independently

- Strong investigation and case management capability

- Confidence partnering with and advising senior leaders

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations
