As a trusted partner to leaders across Avivo, you'll provide practical, commercially balanced advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational policy. You'll also:
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, misconduct and performance management processes.
- Coach, mentor and develop HR Advisors to build capability and confidence across the team.
- Support Avivo's change initiatives, workforce planning and strategic people projects.
About you:
You're an experienced HR qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges. You're comfortable leading difficult conversations, partnering with senior stakeholders, and supporting the development of others. You'll bring:
- Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or generalist role.
- Strong employee and industrial relations expertise.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring or developing HR professionals and people management
