Hassell is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Sydney studio and contribute to high-quality, recognised workplace interior design projects. This is an opportunity to work within a national design team, collaborate with leading designers across studios, and help deliver spaces that influence how people work,
connect and experience place.
This role will suit a designer who combines solid conceptual thinking with a refined design eye and the technical confidence to bring ideas through to delivery. You will work in a focused, fast-moving project team where your contribution will be visible, valued and genuinely influential.
What you will do
- Lead and contribute to premium workplace interiors from concept through to completion
- Develop compelling design concepts, spatial strategies and material palettes
- Produce and review documentation in Revit
- Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, strategists, designers, consultants and contractors
- Support and mentor junior designers
