About the opportunity
Blackbird Law is seeking a Senior Lawyer / Junior Partner to join our team. This is an prospect for an established lawyer who is ready to take the next step, supported by a firm that is invested in your growth.
We are looking for a lawyer of approximately 8+ years' PQE who brings not only technical excellence, but the ambition to build. This is a role for someone who wants to own and grow their practice, and be rewarded.
The role
Join as a Senior Lawyer / Junior Partner. You will have the support and autonomy to build your practice with the full backing of the firm. We are ideally seeking construction lawyers with front and back end experience. We are also interested in insurance lawyers with construction claims experience.
What you will bring
- LLB and a current practising certificate
- Approximately 8+ years' PQE
- Strong business development capability and a genuine drive to build
- Proficiency with, or openness to, legal AI tools
