The Role and Duties

This is a full time, permanent position supporting a senior M&A; Partner and a team.

Day to day, your duties will include:

- Diary, email and matter management
- Drafting, formatting and amending documents
- Liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and external parties
- Billing, WIP reporting, and expense management
- Travel booking and meeting management
- Collating briefs





About You To be considered for this position, you will have:

- 5 years experience as a Legal Secretary
- Strong document and matter management skills
- High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast paced environment
- Professional, proactive and able to build strong relationships quickly
- Full permanent Australian working rights
- A desire for longevity in a support role
