About the Role
As part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced tax advisory services, including:
- Corporate tax structuring and restructuring
- International and cross-border tax matters
- CGT, Div 7A, and trust structuring
- Oversee and review high-level compliance engagements
- Business Due Diligence investigation & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships
- Identify and drive business development opportunities
- Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff
- Contribute to firm strategy, systems, and service offerings
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 8–10+ years’ experience in public practice

- Clear & demonstrated high-level tax technical expertise
- Proven ability to handle complex advisory work independently
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
- Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring others
- Ambition to step into equity partnership
- Experience with SME clients and corporate groups highly regarded
