About the role: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children and families and delivering evidence-based, high-quality intervention. You will:
Manage a paediatric caseload (0–15 years) , including children with ASD, GDD, developmental delays, and other disabilities Provide assessment and intervention across: peech and language development
Early communication skills Literacy and pre-literacy skills Social communication
Feeding and swallowing (if applicable to scope) Work within a holistic, family-centred model Collaborate closely with families, carers, and educators
Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share case discussions and best practice strategies Contribute to collaborative care planning within a multi-disciplinary team of allied and holistic health practitioners Have the option to train into the Key Worker Model
Work primarily in-clinic (approximately 90%), with occasional outreach to schools and homes Support regional clients as required Be part of a growing team with opportunities to contribute to service development and innovation
