Job Description

Job title: Occupational Therapist - NDIS- Graduates welcome | North of Perth Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per annum Location: Central North Suburbs of Perth

A highly respected, family-operated National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider, with a distinguished history spanning decades in the disability sector, is seeking a compassionate and evidence-based Occupational Therapist. The organization is driven by a strong commitment to enhancing clients’ independence and overall quality of life. The role is integral to a growing multidisciplinary team and involves delivering services through a versatile combination of community outreach, telehealth, and centre-based care.

This is a highly mobile position, granting the therapist flexibility to work remotely or from established clinical hubs when not actively engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Assessing and providing therapy to a diverse client base, encompassing both paediatric and adult needs. Actively supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals and functional outcomes. Conducting comprehensive assistive technology (AT) assessments and formulating appropriate recommendations.

Producing clear, accurate, and timely clinical reports. Efficiently managing a varied caseload and consistently meeting predefined clinical targets. Engaging in productive collaboration with clients' families,



external referrers, and relevant stakeholders.

Committing to regular clinical supervision and professional development activities. Specialised New Graduate Program

For newly qualified therapists, a structured, 12-month program is in place to ensure a seamless and supported transition into clinical practice. The program encompasses: A comprehensive induction week.

Weekly, dedicated one-on-one supervision sessions. Valuable shadowing opportunities with senior staff. Access to core skills training and internal professional development.

Fortnightly group mentoring sessions. Regular mental health check-ins and wellness support. Access to senior clinicians across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications and Requirements Applicants must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and maintain current AHPRA registration. Essential requirements for the role also include a valid

Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening clearance, and a Police Check. The therapist must hold a current driver’s license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Benefits and Clinician Support
