Zero Latency VR

Melbourne

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll help drive the strategy and vision of Zero Latency through the product roadmap. You'll discover and prioritise opportunities through customer, competitor, market, and macro research, and drive the focus for high-value, customer-centric products and features across design, engineering, data analysis, operations, sales, and marketing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Zero Latency is the world's largest free-roam VR network - 150+ venues across 30 countries, more than 5 million players to date, and over 100 licensee operators running Zero Latency venues as their own business.

You're fuelled by a deep interest in customer experience and the entertainment industry, and you have a mindset for scaling products to meet our diverse and worldwide client and customer base. You'll own product across our platform - a number of products, from the products operators use to run their venues and their business, to the online-sales and ticketing experience customers book through - with the operator platform the major focus. You use modern tools, including AI, to move faster and decide better.

You will live the Zero Latency values: Champion the Customer - Actively Embrace Change - Focus Forwards - Collaborate & Listen - Own It, meaning your responsibilities are:

Responsibilities:

- Build and communicate the product roadmap and vision to create strategic alignment with internal teams, clients, and customers, and achieve product goals.
- Discover, define, and prioritise the product roadmap through customer, competitor, market, and macro research to determine product-market fit, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Keep it commercially optimised, and ensure the highest-value product or feature is released first.
- Own product decisions for the operator platform - reliability, operator usability, and the player experience.
- Define objectives, success metrics,

and data-driven business cases for each product - accountable for delivering their ROI and revenue outcomes. Identify customer needs and satisfaction drivers, and measure, analyse, and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
- Work closely with design, engineering, data analysis, operations, sales, and marketing teams to design, plan, develop, and release high-value, customer-centric products and features.
- Own delivery planning for the platform development team - translating the roadmap into scoped, sequenced work and realistic quarterly commitments the business can rely on, and keeping execution predictable against them.
- Drive innovative idea generation to find the most intuitive solutions that increase customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring design takes an MVP-first approach.
- Drive continuous user testing and structured experimentation from early design through launch - including A/B tests on the booking funnel - and incorporate the learnings into product decisions.
- Partner with marketing on go-to-market: provide the product inputs they need - value proposition and positioning - and support launch execution and adoption. Measure results and feedback to learn and continuously improve.

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 6+ years' experience as a Product Manager, or in a related role, owning a platform or multi-product portfolio - ideally spanning both business tooling and a consumer-facing surface such as ticketing, subscription, or e-commerce.

- Proven track record across the end-to-end product process - research, design, development, testing, release, and iteration - including building roadmaps, defining objectives and success metrics, and shipping products and features.
- Strong stakeholder skills: able to build alignment and drive decisions across functions, and to communicate to a diverse audience on both creative and technical topics.
- Hands-on with data: frames transparent hypotheses, pulls and slices data themselves (SQL or equivalent analytics tooling), sets up and reads A/B tests including significance, and turns results into product decisions.
- AI fluency: uses AI tools daily to work faster; builds reusable AI workflows, skills, and prompts the team can share, with checks to catch errors and keep output reliable; and can judge whether an AI feature is genuinely ready to ship or just a good demo.
- Technical credibility: enough technical understanding to hold informed feasibility conversations with engineers and external studio partners, including high-level technical architecture and delivery for web systems, and to make sensible trade-offs.
- Commercial literacy: comfort with funnel and unit economics (conversion, repeat play, CAC, LTV, attribution), and enough understanding of value proposition and positioning to partner well with marketing.
- Experience shipping and scaling products across global, diverse markets.
- Experience shipping products to a business or operator customer base - not only direct-to-consumer - where adoption, training, and rollout matter.
- Bonus: experience building AI or agentic products, given AI work on the roadmap.

Note: this position description is flexible and may not be an exhaustive list of the role's responsibilities and requirements. From time to time it may be necessary to amend the role's responsibilities in line with project and organisational requirements.
