We are seeking a SeniorProject Manager to join our team on major long-term demolition projects on the East Coast of Australia. This is a FIFO 2/1 site-based role offering the chance to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile industrial projects while working alongside experienced and collaborative teams.
This position is ideal for a strong project leader with experience delivering complex industrial, construction, shutdown or brownfield projects who thrives in a dynamic site environment.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to Liberty Industrial's high standards of safety and quality.
You first assignment will see you lead a high profile demolition project valued at $50M AUD, leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing the relationship with the client on-site in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Plan, coordinate and manage project activities to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams across both white and blue-collar workforces.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
