Monday to Friday | No Weekends | $75K–$85K Package + $15K–$40K Commissions
Ready for a Property Management role that actually gives you time to manage relationships?
If you’re an experienced Property Manager who is tired of doing absolutely everything yourself, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
We’re partnering with a large, established and highly successful real estate group with a rent roll of approximately 7,000 properties and a Property Management team of around 70 people.
This is a role designed for Property Managers who want the opportunity to focus on client relationships, communication and portfolio management, while having genuine operational support around them.
The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 180–220 properties, with dedicated support across inspections, administration and leasing.
That means you can spend less time running around trying to do everything and more time doing what great Property Managers do best — building relationships, retaining landlords and delivering an exceptional level of service.
You’ll be joining a large, structured team with the resources and infrastructure to support you, while still giving you ownership and accountability over your portfolio.
What’s on offer?
- Monday to Friday — no weekend work
- $75,000–$85,000 package
- $15,000–$40,000 commission opportunity
- Portfolio of approximately 180–220 properties
- Dedicated support across inspections, administration and leasing
- A brand-new, contemporary office
- 1 day WFH available following successful completion of your 6-month probation
- The backing of a 7,000-property rent roll
- A large, established Property Management team with strong systems and support
- Genuine opportunity to build your career within a growing and highly regarded business
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager with approximately 1–2+ years’ experience who is ready for their next move.
You’ll ideally be someone who:
- Has solid Property Management experience and understands the full lifecycle of a portfolio
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with landlords and tenants
- Is confident, organised and proactive
- Takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service
- Wants to work within a larger team where you’re supported rather than left to fend for yourself
- Is commercially minded and motivated by the opportunity to earn additional commission
- Values work-life balance and a Monday–Friday working week
The Bottom Line
Less time doing everything. More time doing what you’re actually great at.
If you’re looking for a Property Management role with strong earning potential, genuine support, career stability and no weekend work, this is one you’ll want to hear more about.
