We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in AWS cloud technologies and Telecommunications domain projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing strategies, automation frameworks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, API, and cloud-based applications.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate applications deployed on AWS environments.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Perform test data preparation and environment validation.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation testing within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Participate in production validation, release testing, and post-deployment verification.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience.
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud environments.
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications domain (OSS/BSS, Network Provisioning, Billing, CRM, Order Management,



Service Activation, etc.).
- Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Robust API Testing experience.
- Experience with SQL and database testing.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills
- Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or other automation frameworks.
- Java, Python, or JavaScript-based automation experience.
- Experience testing Microservices-based architectures.
- AWS services such as:
- EC2
- Lambda
- S3
- ECS/EKS
- API Gateway
- CloudWatch
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, or GitLab.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

Telecom Domain Experience Candidates should have experience working on one or more of the following:
- OSS (Operational Support Systems)
- BSS (Business Support Systems)
- Network Provisioning
- Order Management
- Billing Systems
- CRM Platforms
- Telecom Digital Channels
- Service Assurance
- Customer Lifecycle Management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- AWS Certification is a plus.
