We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Quality Assurance Lead to take ownership of the quality function within a growing Australian manufacturer. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you'll lead a small quality team while driving the evolution of the Quality Management System from a paper-based environment to a modern, digital, audit‑ready operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact, influencing quality culture, and working closely with production, technical and warehouse teams to deliver consistently high‑quality products.

About the Role
