1. Coordinate study start up activities, coaching and mentoring as appropriate
2. Eliminating all potential causes of delay and overseeing compliance and reporting progress.
3. Study budget generation and lead the local team on the management of the site contract
4. During pre-award, provide BD support by leading the study/country feasibility and attend BDM as appropriate.
5. Lead the management of central/country level submissions associated with ensuring Investigational Product (IP) and any other clinical trial supplies can be imported and where applicable, exported into/from the country(s).
