Performance Objectives

- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and solve complex IT cases efficiently, reducing downtime and maintaining service excellence.
- Conduct System Audits: Perform comprehensive evaluations of client infrastructure to identify enhancements that bolster performance and security.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and knowledge sharing, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.
- Implement New Technologies: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tech solutions that align with Zone Technology’s commitment to innovation.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Achieve and maintain high service ratings through diligent follow-ups and proactive issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field,



or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Proficiency in networking, cloud services, and security solutions.
- M365 cloud experience from a support and sys admin perspective
- Networking to a TCP/IP troubleshooting level, vlans, dhcp, dns, basic routing and firewall rule changes
- Some on prem. Windows Server and virtualisation experience from a sys admin and infrastructure support perspective.
- Proven ability in leading projects and managing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous MSP experience is ideally what we want
