The chance

In this role, you'll join a high-performing national technical team of five, reporting directly to the National Manager - Product Quality and Standards. You will work on a portfolio of Sydney-based projects, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive quality outcomes across multiple developments.





You will provide technical support and governance to guide project teams in adopting best practices. This includes aligning with national quality standards while balancing customer, market, and feasibility objectives across all asset classes.

Key responsibilities include:

National Development Responsibilities

- Oversee drafting of NQSC Technical Notes by Technical Engineers
- Report quality and compliance performance to the National Manager at fortnightly Product Quality & Standards team meetings and to Quarterly Post Completion meetings
- Research solutions to systemic technical and compliance issues; propose changes and refinements to Mirvac's minimum standards
- Address departmental product quality & standards pain points in the business by developing new systems/processes and or embedding learnings via existing established means.
