Your new role

Responsibilities

- Student Enquiry and Communications Take full ownership of all testing deliverables from day one, working self-sufficiently and proactively.
- Prepare Test Scenarios covering affected legacy majors and student cohorts • Complete functional, integration, regression and accessibility testing.
- Complete User-acceptance testing with Curriculum, Student Administration and relevant academic stakeholders.
- Lead complex testing activities on large, highly integrated solutions.
- Create, execute, and document functional, non-functional, business acceptance, and regression test cases.
- Produce test deliverables' documentation, including Master Test Plans, Detailed Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Test Incident (Defect) Reports, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Traceability Matrices.
- Worked as part of an agile, cross-functional team.
- Formulate robust test plans and guide the project team to achieve set objectives.




- Report testing progress precisely and concisely to programme teams and clients regularly.
- Maintain current knowledge of testing and quality assurance concepts and practices.
- Manage defect management and reporting, bug tracking and defect triage using JIRA Test Management Tool • Using Jira and Zephyr testing tools for creation and execution of test cases, creation of testing dashboard, traceability matrix, and defect management What you'll need to succeed

It requires one or more of the following expertise:

- Student digital experience
- Website and AEM Content Experience
- Student Systems Experience
- Enrolment improvement

• Familiarisation and experience with one or more of the following skillets; Adobe Experience Manager, Student Systems Portal, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and CRM.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder involvement in the testing effort.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to report on product quality, testing performed, and testing quality.
- Experience working as a Test Practice specialist in high-pressure and demanding environments.
- Accountable for test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for productive delivery timelines.
- Monitor, measure, control and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results and test completion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and balance the demands of a complex working environment.
- To define, design, drive and deliver all testing work, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, E2E, Regression and UAT.
- Collaborates across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to enable comprehensive testing.
