Underpinned by an ambitious growth strategy, Willowtree Planning is looking to expand their team of A- Grade town planners and are seeking to appoint a Senior Planner in our North Sydney office.

If you want to join the A-Team, here is what we need:

- You align with Willowtree Planning’s core values - Team, Quality, A will to win, and Integrity.
- You have a qualification in town planning or related discipline (approx. 5-8 years' experience)
- You thrive on project managing complex planning projects and co-ordinate various sub-consultants;
- You have experience in providing planning due diligence advice and planning approvals pathway advice and strategies;
- You have a strong understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent changes to legislation;
- You have Experience in the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects,



Environmental Impact Statements and Planning Proposal documents;
- Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and concise advice, reports and submissions.
