? We’re Hiring: Server Support Engineer

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Server Support Engineer to support server infrastructure, system operations, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about IT infrastructure, system administration, problem-solving, and maintaining stable and secure server environments.

? Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain physical and virtual server environments.

• Perform routine server administration, maintenance, and health checks.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.

• Monitor server performance, availability, capacity, and system resources.

• Diagnose and resolve server, operating system, network, and application issues.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and system configurations.

• Perform system updates, patches, upgrades, and security maintenance.

• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.

• Monitor system logs and investigate performance or security-related issues.

• Assist with virtualization platforms, storage systems, and infrastructure services.

• Collaborate with network, security, development, and IT teams to resolve technical incidents.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and system records.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field is preferred.





• Basic understanding of server administration and IT infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar is a plus.

• Basic understanding of server monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to respond effectively to technical incidents and prioritize support requests.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to system reliability and security.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, lab, or academic infrastructure experience are welcome to apply.
