About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and Workshop team, managing service bookings, providing accurate repair advice and keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle's journey.
You'll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction, workshop productivity and service department performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings, enquiries, repair orders and vehicle updates.
- Provide accurate estimates, explain repairs and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate workflow with Technicians and Workshop Management.
- Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers informed throughout repairs.
- Conduct vehicle handovers and explain completed work and recommendations.
- Build lasting customer relationships while driving productivity and satisfaction.
About You
You'll be a polished and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium service experience.
You'll Bring:
- Previous Service Advisor experience, preferably within automotive.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication,
relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, dealership systems experience and a current Australian Driver Licence.
