The part you will play
As part of the Ageing Well team you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community.
- Shaping the future direction of Ageing Well services and programs
- Providing strategic /policy advice and leading service planning
- Reviewing programs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Sector support and development initiatives in partnership with other providers
- Leading projects to improve the effectiveness and compliance of aged service programs
- Coordination of Data analysis and research around client experience

- Are a dynamic, innovative thinker with demonstrated experience in driving strategic change.
- Have a sound understanding of funded community based aged services
- Enjoy analysing, reviewing service and providing strategic advice on programs to improve efficiency, compliance and client experience.
- Like planning, collaborating and leading on projects that drive evidence-based decisions and support sector development
- Have tertiary qualifications in Human Services /Allied Health/Social Sciences/Community Development or relevant discipline combined with significant relevant experience.
