Role - Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the development, configuration, implementation and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. You will provide technical expertise across platform development, enhancements, integrations and support, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective enterprise solutions.

Employment Type and duration: Contract - 6 months + extensions

Work model: Hybrid - initially onsite, transitioning to hybrid after the first few weeks

Location: Mt Gravatt, QLD

Key Responsibilities

·

- Lead the development, configuration, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.

·
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow enhancements, workflows and change requests.

·
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations and platform functionality to meet business requirements.

·
- Provide technical advice and guidance on ServiceNow development, configuration and best practices.

·




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

·
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

·
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues.

·
- Monitor and report on platform performance, usage and availability.

·
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, system designs and status reports.

·
- Ensure development standards, quality assurance and technical best practices are followed.

·
- Contribute to ServiceNow transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

·
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members where required.

Required Skills &

- Experience

·
- Mandatory: Demonstrated hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

·
- Strong experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.

·

Experience across one or more ServiceNow capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM and CMDB.

·

- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.

·

Experience developing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions and ACLs.

·

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, APIs and web services.

·





Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, transformations or enhancement programs.

·

- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

·
- Demonstrated ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

·
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing technical team.

Qualifications &

- Clearance

·
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.

·
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.

·

Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments is desirable.
