We are looking for a reliable and organised finance professional to join our team. This is a wide-ranging role including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general office operations.

You are organised, reliable and take pride in your work. You enjoy working as part of the Australian team within a global company, willing to assist with a broad range of finance and administration tasks and providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues.

Accounts & Finance

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing in SAP Business 1

- Following up overdue customer accounts

- Intercompany AR & AP reconciliations

- Bank transaction processing and reconciliations

- Expense claim and travel expense administration

- Payroll administration support

Office Administration

- Managing shared email inbox

- Filing and record management

- Ordering office supplies and consumables

- Coordinating office maintenance and service providers

Business Support

- Providing administrative support to the Financial Controller





- Assisting with ad hoc projects and business improvement initiatives

- Supporting other team members as required

About You

You will have:

- 5yrs Previous experience in AP & AR or bookkeeping role

- Accounting Diploma or higher or 5yrs plus in similar roles

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Good computer skills, including Excel

- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system

- Excellent communication skills
